Patagonia Chocolates Wins Gold and Two Silver Medals at the 2025 NZ Artisan Awards
Patagonia Chocolates has been recognised at the 2025 NZ Artisan Awards, taking home one Gold and two Silver Medals for our handcrafted creations.
Our Cherry & Pinot Bonbons received Gold, while our Ruby Chocolate Coated Hazelnuts and Chocolate Coated Cookies each earned Silver. These awards celebrate the passion and craftsmanship behind our chocolates, as well as the locally sourced New Zealand ingredients that make them truly special.
The Cherry & Pinot Bonbons are a taste of Central Otago in every bite. Cherries handpicked from our orchard in Clyde, soaked for 72 hours in Central Otago Pinot Noir, and enrobed in smooth 71% dark couverture chocolate. Our Canterbury-grown hazelnuts are roasted in-house to bring out their natural richness, while our Butter Cookies, made with New Zealand butter, achieve that perfect balance of flavour and texture that has become a hallmark of Patagonia Chocolates.
