Once your order has been received, you will receive an email confirmation. Once dispatched, we will email you a tracking link for the courier.

Unfortunately, we are not sending items internationally due to difficulties experienced shipping perishable goods overseas.
Orders are packed and dispatched in Queenstown. The delivery times noted below are the indicative timings advised by Post Haste couriers. Patagonia Chocolates cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made during this timeframe. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days.
As standard, Post Haste always require a signature therefore we advise you to use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign during business hours.
