The List of Best Ice Creams in New Zealand

The List of Best Ice Creams in New Zealand

We’re on Stuff’s List of the Best Ice Creams in New Zealand 🍦

Have you seen the updated list from Stuff.co.nz

We’re incredibly proud (and a little bit excited) to share that Patagonia Chocolates has been named by Stuff as one of the top places in New Zealand for ice cream. We’re listed alongside some truly outstanding names — the kind of company we’re honoured to keep. A big shout out to Little Lato, Giapo, Zelati, Pistackio Gelato & Co, Sea People Ice Cream, Fuse Real Fruit Ice Cream and Kona Cones.

For us, this recognition means a lot. Ice cream has always been at the heart of what we do. From the very beginning, our focus has been simple: real ingredients, time-honoured methods, and flavours that speak for themselves. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just carefully crafted ice cream made the way it should be.

Being acknowledged is a reminder that people notice when things are done with care. Every batch we make, every flavour we develop, and every scoop we serve is guided by the same philosophy. Respect for ingredients, respect for craft, and respect for the people who enjoy it.

To our community, our team, and everyone who lines up for a scoop (or two): thank you. This recognition belongs to you as much as it does to us.

If you haven’t seen the list yet, go take a look — and if you’re nearby, you know where to find us. 😉

Here’s to great ice cream.
