At Patagonia Chocolates, we are looking for experienced full-time Pastry Chefs to join our Queenstown team.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, working across pastry, desserts and chocolates. You will work closely with a small, high-performing team to produce high-quality products while supporting the Head Pastry Chef with daily operations, shift coordination, and team supervision.
We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and confident working under pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as this role involves helping manage production flow, maintaining consistency, and supporting and guiding junior team members.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional pastry or production environment is required.
As we operate 365 days a year, flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings, is essential.
