Organic cherries from our own orchard are handpicked then soaked for 72 hours in Central Otago Pinot Noir, infusing the fruit with a bold, complex flavour.
Each cherry is enrobed in a smooth 71% couverture dark chocolate, and filled with a rich Pinot Noir and dark chocolate ganache and served in a pack of six.
