Our Gold & Madirofolo bar is handcrafted in small batches using Belgian caramelised white chocolate balanced with bitter yet fruity 65% dark chocolate from the Madirofolo plantation in northern Madagascar. The surrounding tamarind trees give the Madirofolo chocolate its signature fruity flavour and deliver a balance of sour wood, citrus and liquorice. A perfect pairing with the caramel flavour of the Gold chocolate.
